Kinerva is the result of the love and care of a father. After facing many environments when raising children one thing that I found is, as a father I cannot afford to have any days when I am feeling under the weather. And just like any parent it is heartbreaking to see our children to be affected due to sickness/illnesses; hence I embarked on this journey to find a natural, healthy and effective way to keep myself and my family fit and healthy.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    To make it easy we offer 3 different methods to cancel your subscriptions.

    1. Login to your account and click review purchase on your subscription order number. From there you can manage your subscription.
    2. Email us with your name, address and order No. from the same email you used when placing your order requesting your subscription to be cancelled. (Please allow 3 working days for this process)

  • How does Kinerva subscription work?

    It’s very simple, the day you register to the product subscription will be your recurring date. Every month on your subscription date we will automatically despatch your order to you so you will never run out of your selected product.

    There is no contract, the subscription works on a month-to-month basis and you can easily cancel your subscription at any time without any additional charges or fees.

    You will only be charged a shipping fee of £2.52 for the first order each year, the following 11 months will be supplied with free shipping.

  • Are there any side effects to Kinerva products?

    You shouldn’t experience any unwanted or unpleasant side effects. When our bowel function changes, we sometimes notice things more. This will settle with time.

  • When should I take my live cultures?

    We’d recommend you take your live cultures first thing in the morning with some warm water to wake up the bacteria.

     

  • Who are live cultures suitable for?

    Daily Vitality is suitable for all adults and children over the age of 11 who have a healthy immune system. If you have been told you are immunocompromised, are on immunosuppression therapy or chemotherapy, please consult your doctor before taking any probiotics.

  • Do I need live cultures?

    If you are fit and well and have a healthy balanced diet you probably don’t need to take lice cultures every day. 

    If you are going to go on holiday, you might want to take live cultures before you go to help protect you from picking up a bug in a high-risk country.

    If you have to take antibiotics, live cultures are shown to reduce the incidence of diarrhoea by making sure your good bacteria are preserved. 

    If you have symptoms of IBS or any other gut complaints, live cultures such as Kinerva’s have been shown to improve these symptoms and to restore a better balance of gut bacteria.

  • What is a prebiotic?

    Prebiotics are indigestible fibres that feed live cultures. They’re the food for the good bacteria. We have included some prebiotics to make sure the live bacteria in Daily Vitality have something to eat when they get to your bowel. This optimises their changes of colonisation.

  • What is a live cultures?

    The World Health Organisation defines a live cultures as “live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host”. 

    Kinerva has undertaken research to demonstrate the benefits of our product and we’re proud of the outcomes that our customers have achieved.

  • Why take vitamins and minerals?

    Vitamins and Minerals are best used to fill in the gap of your diet. Given that the quality of mass produced food may not be as it should on most occasions supplementation can form a key aspect of your diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    Other reasons to take supplements are to treat deficiencies. When consuming any supplements its always best to seek advise of a health practitioner.

  • What shipping options are available?

    There are 2 options available for shipping;

    Standard 2nd Class service 2-4 days
    Express 1st Class service 1-2 days
    Both services are Royal Mail signed for services to ensure the items are delivered to you. Any orders over £44.00 come with free Express 1st Class shipping. Prices may vary from product to product.

  • When is the best time to take probiotics?

    Tips to Maximize the Health Benefits of Probiotics. Take your probiotics in the morning, 15-30 minutes before food. You want to take them before food so they don’t get stuck in the stomach behind the food as they make their way down to your intestines where they do their best work. This is to reduce the risk of killing the live probiotic bacteria in the stomach bile.

  • What is all the fuss about dual coating bacteria?

    Probiotic lactic acid bacteria are easily destroyed during manufacturing process, room temperature storage, distribution and consumption due to their vulnerability to air, heat, mechanical pressure, moisture and gastric acid and bile salt. Dual coating technology comprised of protein and polysaccharide to minimise destruction of lactic acid bacteria during manufacturing process and distribution.  In particular, we have striven to increase the survival rate of lactic acid bacteria in the intestine, and the technology has been globally recognised and obtained patents in Korea, Europe and Japan.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    If you have created an account please visit the my account section to view all your orders with their current status which will be updated every step of the way.

    You should receive email updates of the order status regardless if you have an account or not; if you have not received any updates via email please contact us with your order number and delivery address and we will aim to resolve any problems.

  • Where can i find the tracking number for my order?

    The tracking number can be found by logging into your account and clicking on “review purchase” for the order in query and you will find the shipping and tracking details at the top of the page.

  • I haven’t received my order.

    Please use the tracking number provided to you to check the location of the parcel with the delivery company. The tracking number can be found by logging into your account and clicking on “review purchase” for the order in query and you will find the shipping and tracking details at the top of the page.

  • What should I do if I forget to take my Daily Vitality?

    Don’t panic! Even if you don’t take your live cultures every day, you will still benefit from a boost when you do take it. 

    Consistency is helpful if you have ongoing symptoms or want to prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhoea. You might want to find somewhere in your house to keep them which will remind you to take them every day. Maybe next to the kettle or your keys.
